This week we have DJ Manipulator coming in studio to explain his story. As mentioned in last week’s post with Loretta Records, we were first introduced to him when he collaborated with Haze on the project “Colored People Time”. Since then he has continued to his hard work with some production on D.I.T.C.’s last project “Sessions” (tracks “Not 4 Nothing” and “Gotta Be Classic”), a single with Conway “2 Drums“, some fire beat sets, and much more.
Fast forward to now, we have Manipulator’s multilayered work of art “The Synth Tape”. Below is the visual for “Waves”, the stand out track off of the release. We enjoy seeing videos for instrumentals, and this one matches the vibe. You will never unsee the synth tiger (Personally I had to make sure no one slipped one in my drink, but after I was good all I could do was enjoy the video). Feast your eyes on this, and tune in tonight. Purchase a tape if you’re feeling this, as the whole project itself needs to be digested multiple times to get the message.
